We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase here at The Beading Frenzy. We understand that sometimes a product must be returned and we will facilitate this as best we can. Please read and understand the following rules and exceptions regarding returns.

You can return/exchange items, with the exception of classes, within 15 days of the purchase date subject to a 20% restocking fee. In order to receive credit for your return, you must comply with the following:

1. Before returning the items, you must call the Beading Frenzy for authorization. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without authorization.

2. You agree to assume all shipping charges in both directions.

3. You include a copy of your receipt with the returned items.

4. The items returned must arrive in "like new" sellable condition. (Make sure that you properly protect the package against damage during shipping.)

Shipments that are refused by purchaser for any reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee. In addition, any and all shipping costs in both directions incurred in the transaction will be charged to the purchaser regardless of shipping specials.

Prices are subject to change. All shipments will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is received and processed at The Beading Frenzy. The Beading Frenzy Online is not responsible for typographical errors.
