Who ships your products?
Our preferred shipping partner is the United States Postal Service which shall be referred to as the USPS. All packages will be shipped priority mail within the continental United States.

How are your shipping rates calculated?
Our rates are calculated based on the USPS rates for Priority packages. There is a minimum base rate and a rate for each item. This calculates out quite nicely to match USPS for weight requirements regarding priority mail fees.

When will my order ship?
We will ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week. If a holiday occurs on one of these days, we will ship the following day. Priority mail offers 2-day service to most domestic destinations not including the day it's shipped. However, this is an estimated day of arrival and not a guarantee.

What if some of my requested items are not in stock?
Orders will be filled in the order that they are received. If any of the vintage products are no longer available, you will only be charged for the products that ship. If any of the reproduction products are out of stock, you will only be charged for the products that ship. You may request that we call you when the product is back in stock so, if you choose to, you may reorder the item. We will not hold up any shipments to wait for products to arrive. We will not backorder any items.

How do I insure my shipment?
If you are interested in adding insurance to your order, make a note of it in the 'additional shipping instructions' or call us for the rate.

Are there other shipping options?
If you are interesed in an Overnight delivery or need a rate for an Overseas delivery, please call for a quote.

How can I track my package?
If you provide us with a valid email address at the time of your order, you will receive an email on the day of shipment that includes a link to track your internet order.
